Today, Dr. Marby visited Francis Marion School and Robert C. Hatch High School to share his empowering message: “To Predict Your Future, You Must Create It.”
His presentation emphasized the importance of overcoming adversity and focusing on solutions rather than problems. They are excited to bring back innovative ideas and strategies to strengthen our schools and support student success across Perry County!
The 2025 Perry County Schools Leadership Retreat was a huge success! Held at the beautiful Ross Bridge Resort and Spa in Birmingham, the retreat gave our school and district leaders a chance to reflect, grow, and plan for the year ahead. Sessions focused on ARI updates, leadership development, restorative practices, MTSS, and more. We also had a blast at K1 Speed during our team-building activity! We’re heading into the 2025–2026 school year refreshed, recharged, and ready to lead with purpose.
